Your Sound, Fully Realized
Hi, I’m Imran.
I’m a producer, multi-instrumentalist, and recording, mixing & mastering engineer based in Singapore. I started Origin Studios because I believe making music should be a creative process—not just a trip to the recording studio.
I work with artists from all kinds of genres, helping turn their ideas into finished records from start to finish. Whether you already know exactly how you want your song to sound or you’re still figuring it out, we’ll work together to find what makes your music you.
I love experimenting with sounds, instruments and recording techniques, and I’m always looking for ways to make a track feel distinctive rather than simply following what’s already been done.
At the end of the day, my goal is simple: make great music that you’re genuinely excited to share.
Tracks that I’ve Played, Written & Produced
From intimate singer-songwriter tracks to polished pop productions, I work closely with artists to bring their ideas to life. Each project starts with the artist’s vision and develops through arrangement, instrumentation, recording, production, mixing and mastering.
As a multi-instrumentalist, my role varies from project to project—from contributing to a single instrument or part, to playing and recording the entire instrumental arrangement myself.
Here are some of the projects I’ve had the opportunity to work on.
Tracks that I’ve Recorded, Mixed & Mastered
Every artist and band has their own sound, and I enjoy helping them find it. From capturing the right performances in the studio to shaping the mix and final master, I work closely with artists throughout the process to turn their ideas into a finished record they can be proud of.

Unreleased Sound Design Experiments
Not everything I create ends up on streaming platforms. Alongside my production work, I enjoy experimenting with sound design, recording techniques and unusual ideas—sometimes just to see where they lead.
This is a collection of sounds, experiments and unreleased tracks that I’ve created along the way. Have a listen and explore some of the sounds behind Origin Studios.
